Khel Utsav 2024: A Grand Sports Celebration Honoring Major Dhyan Chand’s Legacy
In honor of the birth anniversary of hockey legend Major Dhyan Chand, the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting organized the inaugural edition of Khel Utsav 2024, held from August 27 to August 30, 2024, in New Delhi. This grand sporting event was organized to coincide with National Sports Day 2024, which is spearheaded by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports.

Khel Utsav 2024 saw active participation from over 200 officials and staff members of the Ministry, showcasing their athletic spirit and dedication.
