Expansion of Domestic Flights

In addition to international routes, domestic flight services from Surat are also being expanded. New flights will soon begin to Goa, Chennai, Bhavnagar, Mundra, Jamnagar, Jodhpur, and Bhuj. These additional flights will provide direct connections to key destinations within India, saving time for passengers and further encouraging business and tourism activities across these regions.

Increased Flights at Surat Airport

Once the new flights are operational under the winter schedule, Surat Airport will see a total of 54 flights, which includes 4 international and 23 domestic flights. This expansion is a significant step towards the development of Surat Airport and is expected to lead to a surge in passenger traffic.

Conclusion

The launch of new flights from Surat Airport is not only a convenience for the city’s residents but also a major boost for its economic and business development. With direct connections to popular international destinations like Bangkok and key domestic cities, Surat is fast becoming an important aviation hub in the region.
