Russian Combat Vessels On Caribbean Country – Global Issue

Russia is planning to send its fighter ships near the Caribbean country. Does it want to demonstrate its power on a global level? Recently a senior US official has claimed that Russia is sending its naval ship to the Caribbean country. Its ship will stop near Cuba and after this the second stoppage will be in Venezuela. America says that if small scale combat vessels are being sent for practice then it is not a matter of concern. We are constantly monitoring it. If seriously dangerous ships are sent then it is also a matter of concern. This will create a provocative situation.
