Three companies are expected to launch fresh public offerings during the week, targeting a combined ₹1,264.72 crore. At the same time, eight companies are scheduled to make their stock-market debuts, creating a packed calendar for investors and market participants.

Three New IPOs to Arrive

The next round of fundraising is scheduled to begin on August 31, when Purple Style Labs is expected to open its public issue.

The company plans to raise ₹680 crore, with its shares offered in a price band of ₹546 to ₹575. The issue is scheduled to remain open until September 2.

Two more mainboard offerings are expected to enter the market on September 1.

Deepa Jewellers is targeting ₹459.72 crore through its issue, while Rays of Belief plans to raise ₹125 crore. Both offerings are expected to close for subscription on September 3.

Together, the three new IPOs represent more than ₹1,260 crore of potential fundraising during the week.

Existing IPOs Will Also Reach the Finish Line

The activity will not be limited to new launches.

Three IPOs already open for subscription are scheduled to close during the week. Lumino Industries is expected to close its offering on August 31, while Priority Jewels and ESDS Software Solution are scheduled to finish their subscription periods on September 1.

Lumino Industries is seeking ₹700 crore through its offering. Priority Jewels is targeting ₹91.5 crore, while ESDS Software Solution is looking to raise ₹720 crore.

This means investors will have several ongoing issues to track even as new offerings begin.

Eight Companies Prepare for Stock-Market Debuts

The listing calendar is equally busy.

Augmont Enterprises is scheduled to become the first of the eight companies to debut, with its shares expected to begin trading on August 31. The company raised ₹825 crore through its IPO.

September 1 will bring three more listings: Symbiotec Pharmalab, Skyways Air Services and Hy-Tech Engineers.

Symbiotec Pharmalab raised ₹1,757 crore, making it one of the largest offerings in the week’s pipeline. Skyways Air Services raised ₹582.8 crore, while Hy-Tech Engineers collected ₹135.73 crore.

Annu Projects Joins the Listing Line-Up

Annu Projects is scheduled to list on September 2 following its ₹175.06-crore IPO.

The company had set its issue price at ₹99 per share. Its debut will add another company to an already crowded primary-market calendar.

The final three listings are expected to come from companies whose IPOs are still open.

Lumino Industries is scheduled for September 3, followed by Priority Jewels and ESDS Software Solution on September 4.

Why the IPO Pipeline Matters

The busy schedule indicates that India’s primary market remains active despite changing conditions in the broader equity market.

A strong IPO pipeline gives companies an opportunity to raise capital for expansion, debt management and other corporate requirements. For investors, new listings provide additional choices but also require careful evaluation of company valuations, financial performance and business prospects.

The level of subscription across individual issues can also influence how companies and investment banks approach future public offerings.

Investors Face a Packed Calendar

With multiple IPOs opening, closing and listing within just five trading days, investors are likely to pay close attention to subscription numbers and listing expectations.

The week also demonstrates the growing diversity of India’s primary market. Companies from areas including jewellery, pharmaceuticals, aviation services, engineering and technology are appearing in the IPO pipeline.

This broad participation suggests that the public-equity route continues to attract businesses from different parts of the Indian economy.

Bigger IPOs Could Keep Momentum Strong

The near-term activity comes as India’s IPO market is showing renewed momentum.

The approval of major offerings, including the proposed Jio Platforms IPO, has further increased expectations around the country’s primary market. SEBI has cleared Jio Platforms’ proposed issue, which could become India’s largest-ever IPO if it proceeds at the reported size.

That potential mega-offering could bring significantly more attention to the Indian IPO market in the coming months.

A Crucial Week for the Primary Market

The period from August 31 to September 4 will therefore be an important test of investor appetite.

Three fresh mainboard IPOs, three subscription closures and eight scheduled listings will create a high level of activity across India’s primary market.

For companies, the week represents an opportunity to access public capital. For investors, it brings a wide range of new investment possibilities—but also reinforces the importance of examining each company’s fundamentals rather than judging an IPO solely by market excitement.

With India’s IPO pipeline continuing to expand, the primary market could remain one of the most closely watched segments of the country’s financial landscape in the months ahead.
