Noida Master Plan 2041: A Step Towards New Development

Noida Authority has commenced work on its future plans following the approval of the new city’s Master Plan 2041 by the government. A crucial meeting was held under the leadership of Noida Authority CEO Dr. Lokesh M, attended by Deputy CEOs Sanjay Khatri and Satish Pal, OSD Mahendra Prasad, Kranti Shekhar, and officials from the planning department.

This development initiative has been named the Dadri-Noida-Ghaziabad Investment Region (DNGIR), which was notified on August 29, 2017. Recently, on October 18, the UP Cabinet approved the Master Plan 2041, accelerating the development process in this area.

CEO Dr. Lokesh M announced that a new Noida will be established across 80 villages in Gautam Buddh Nagar and Bulandshahr. The development of this area will be completed in four phases, with a target completion year of 2041.

Phase One: Development will take place on 3,165 hectares of land, with completion targeted by 2027.

Phase Two: This phase will cover the development of 3,798 hectares by 2032.

Phase Three: An additional 5,908 hectares will be developed by 2037.

Phase Four: The final phase aims to develop 8,230 hectares by 2041.

Through this Master Plan, Noida Authority aims not only to improve the region’s infrastructure but also to develop it into a modern, smart city. This project will create employment opportunities for local residents and boost economic growth in the region. The new development plan for Noida is expected to benefit the local community and represent a significant step forward in the development of Uttar Pradesh.
