Corruption in Land Leveling Work in Mau Block, Chitrakoot: Farmer Expresses Discontent

The Farmer from Garhwa village in Mau Block, Chitrakoot, Sugga Lal, has filed a formal complaint with the Block Development Officer, alleging serious misconduct by the local employment assistant and secretary. According to the farmer, the leveling work on his mother’s registered agricultural land was not carried out, yet the funds for the work were fraudulently withdrawn without his knowledge.
Sugga Lal claims that the employment assistant and secretary falsely documented the land leveling as complete, while no such work was done. He expressed his frustration, stating that he was unaware of this misuse of government funds until recently, and it has caused him great distress.
In his complaint, the farmer has demanded a thorough investigation and strict legal action against the culprits. Additionally, he has requested that the leveling of his land be completed as soon as possible so that he can continue his agricultural activities smoothly.
The issue has sparked discussions in the area, and now all eyes are on the administration to see what steps they take to address the serious allegations of corruption and whether the truth behind the claims comes to light.
