Methodology
Ingredients:
One kilogramme lamb or beef, chopped small pieces
One big onion, chopped
Two minced garlic cloves here
One cup ordinary yoghurt
One tablespoon paprika
Black pepper and salt.
Two olive oil tablespoons
Two cups of water.
Two chopped teaspoons fresh parsley
Guide:
Turn the oven 180°C (350°F).
Heat the olive oil in a large pot; sauté the onion and garlic until softening.
Add the lamb or beef; heat until browned.
Whisk the yoghurt, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a another bowl.
5. Put the yoghurt mixture in the pot and well stir.
6. Spoon the mixture onto a baking tray then add the water.
7. Bake till the meat becomes soft, 30 to forty minutes.
8. Present heated and garnish with parsley.
