The Ministry of Labour & Employment has launched a large-scale initiative to spread awareness about the Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana (PMVBRY). These awareness campaigns are being held across various states with a clear objective—ensuring that every eligible job seeker, youth, worker, and employer is informed about the full range of benefits under the scheme.

With a strong focus on inclusivity, the Ministry—along with its key organisations, especially the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO)—is actively conducting outreach programs to connect with stakeholders from all sectors of the economy. These efforts are part of a broader strategy to promote job creation and extend formal employment benefits to a larger section of the population.

The PMVBRY aims to incentivize employment generation by supporting businesses that hire new workers. It also seeks to boost the formal workforce by encouraging establishments to register with the EPFO and provide social security to employees. The scheme offers financial incentives to employers for creating new job opportunities, thereby driving growth and stability in the job market.

Through on-ground events, workshops, information sessions, and digital outreach, the Ministry is making sure that the scheme reaches every corner of the country—from metro cities to remote villages. The goal is clear: no deserving job aspirant or employer should miss out on the benefits due to lack of information.

This nation-wide campaign reflects the government’s commitment to building a developed, employment-ready India. By empowering employers and workers alike, and ensuring wide participation in PMVBRY, the Ministry is helping lay the foundation for a more resilient, inclusive, and self-reliant economy.
