Middle East Tensions Escalate as Ukraine Condemns Iran’s Military Support to Russia
Events across the Middle East and the Gulf region are unfolding at remarkable speed, drawing global attention to rising instability and shifting alliances. For Ukraine, these developments carry a particularly painful resonance. Since the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion, Kyiv has repeatedly accused Iran of directly contributing to the war by supplying Moscow with combat drones and military technology.
According to Ukrainian officials, Russia has deployed more than 57,000 Iranian-designed “Shahed” attack drones against Ukrainian cities, civilians, and energy infrastructure.
