Global Women Leaders Inspire Change at #GCWAS2026 Technical Session II
On 12 March, the #GCWAS2026 Technical Session II—titled Driving Progress, Attaining New Heights—brought together global women leaders to share their inspiring journeys and leadership lessons in the agri-food sector.
The session highlighted how women’s leadership is shaping the future of agricultural and food systems, driving innovation, sustainability, and inclusive growth. Participants exchanged insights on overcoming challenges, promoting gender equality, and advancing technologies that empower farmers worldwide.
