In a major event emphasizing spiritual and cultural unity across Asia, the Ministry of Culture, Government of India, along with the International Buddhist Confederation (IBC), is set to host the inaugural Asian Buddhist Summit in New Delhi on November 5-6, 2024. With the theme “Role of Buddha Dhamma in Strengthening Asia,” the summit will bring together prominent Sangha leaders, scholars, and Buddhist practitioners from various traditions to foster dialogue, deepen understanding, and tackle contemporary challenges within the Buddhist community. The Honorable President of India is expected to attend the summit as the chief guest, marking the significance of the event.
