Exercise KAMANDAG 10-26 Highlights Airfield Seizure and Defense Training in Northern Philippines
Ilocos Norte, Philippines: Military cooperation and operational readiness took center stage as the Headquarters, 4th Marine “Makusug” Brigade, successfully conducted an Airfield Seizure and Airfield Defense exercise during Exercise KAMANDAG 10-26 at Paredes Air Station in Barangay Sapat, Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte, on June 24, 2026.
The training event formed part of the broader KAMANDAG (Kaagapay ng mga Mandirigma ng Dagat) exercise, a multinational military program designed to strengthen interoperability, improve combat preparedness, and enhance coordination among participating armed forces.
