Malaysia Police Arrest Four in Penang Drug Syndicate Probe, Seize 86kg of Suspected Drugs
Penang, Malaysia — September 1, 2026: Malaysian police have arrested four people, including a married couple, during an operation targeting an alleged international drug-trafficking network in Penang.
The operation followed intelligence received from authorities in Thailand, which reportedly helped Malaysian investigators identify a suspected trafficking group operating across the region.
