Geneva: The global race toward cleaner, more resilient, and sustainable energy systems has gained renewed momentum with the release of the Energy Transition Index (ETI) 2026. Developed by the World Economic Forum in collaboration with Accenture, the report evaluates 120 countries on the performance of their current energy systems and their preparedness for the future energy transition.
