Dallas, Texas — Police are investigating multiple shooting incidents reported across Dallas during Halloween night, including three separate incidents in the Deep Ellum entertainment district that left at least one person dead.

According to initial reports, gunfire was reported at several locations as Halloween celebrations were taking place across the city. Emergency responders and law enforcement officers rushed to the affected areas following reports of the shootings.

Authorities confirmed at least one fatality. However, investigators have not yet established whether the separate incidents were connected or involved the same suspects.

The shootings have raised fresh concerns about public safety in entertainment districts, particularly during major celebrations when large crowds gather in nightlife areas.

Police are continuing their investigation, collecting evidence and reviewing available information to determine what led to the violence. Details about the victim’s identity, possible suspects and any arrests have not been fully established in the initial reports.

Authorities are expected to release further information as the investigation progresses. Residents and witnesses with relevant information may be asked to assist investigators.
