Man Seriously Injured in Targeted Perth Shooting as Police Hunt Two Suspects
A man has suffered serious injuries after being shot at a residential property in Hamilton Hill, a southern suburb of Perth, triggering a major police search for two suspected attackers.
Police and emergency medical crews were called to a property on Owen Place during the early hours of Sunday after reports that a man had been shot. Emergency responders provided treatment at the scene before the injured victim was taken to hospital.
The victim reportedly sustained a gunshot wound to his stomach and remained in serious condition following the attack.
Investigators believe two men may have been involved in the shooting. Police said the suspects were dressed entirely in black and were believed to have fled the area after the incident.
